AM.portal – the Internet application of Deutsche Post to control your consignments |
The Internet application AM.portal offers you direct access to current information on all the orders that you have entrusted to Deutsche Post. You can look at your current order and consignment status at any time and also communicate with all the system partners involved (printing service providers, Lettershop, etc.). The platform offers access to the following functions:
- A logically organised list of all planned and current orders.
- Status display of exiting orders with changes, tracking information and packaging unit transit times.
- Description of the activities of all the partners involved in the order.
- Overview of the status of your consignments.
- Management of your accounts.
- You will be notified of new services and products by e-mail immediately.
To view this information, you will need access to the Deutsche Post Order Management Portal.
This system uses cookies which are required for the website to work.
They do not contain any personal data and will be erased at the end of each session.
